Steve -- Thank, but your comments about me are a little too much. You've already beaten me at a couple events =). The part about Ruth is right on though. Once she gets used to RWD she will be scary!
019 -- Many plans for the 240. How many will get funding is the question. JIC suspension is near definite, as far as engine we're still debating between the dohc (its an 89) and an sr/ca swap. There's alot up in the air.

yea, your gf will def be sacry once she gets used to rwd. i remember watching her drive it for the first time at radford (at least i think it was her first time) and it was obvious she needed to get used to it. but that's all good.
funding is always the problem, hehe. if not for that, everyone would have a pretty nice car, hehe. when you say jic suspension, you mean coilovers right? flt-a2's?
can't go wrong with that.
as far as engine, my roommate has a 92 ka24, if you're interested. a ca swap would be sweet, just because not a lot of ppl have that. whichever way you go, keep us updated man. we got a lot of 240's on the boards, so there's always good local advice to be found

Yes, we're looking at the FLT-A2's. I'm content with the suspension on my B13 but I wish I had waited/saved and gone full bore. That's what we'll do on her car. Instead of stock style springs and AGX's we'll get her a real suspension and start saving for the 2300$ Shigspeed setup for the Sentra =). droool
For the time being we're working on getting a set of Rotas and Azenis' for the 240.
As far as info on 240sx's, it seems difficult to find any performance-oriented info. The various boards (zilvia/240sxforums) seem much more bling or drift based. I would certainly appreciate as much info as y'all gots! =)

exactly. waiting until you can go for expensive/right stuff is the way to go. i wish i would've done so too, but now i'm stuck with what i've got and just wanting to get the flt-a2's...
you should check out freshalloy.com. it is probably the most technical 240 forum out there. lots of great info to be found there. i think you'll find that most of the older 240 owners (as in not newbies, not necessarily age-wise) are more performance-oriented. when i first got into those forums, i was impressed at the amount of emphasis placed on suspension, although things have changed a little since...

sweet! i gotta check out how the rims look with the car lowered, hehe. i hope that huge ass gap you had on the front with the rims on is gone!
would've come help install the coilovers, but wasn't feeling too good today and woke up at like 330pm, hehe :P
