need to find a replacement for me since i plan to transfer. lease would start late dec/early jan. apt is in the village phase 2. 4 bed 2 bath and furnished. clean. 3 other juniors live there and are pretty easy to live wit. theres a pool and clubhouse in the complex wit a ton of parking and some guest spots. 400 a month, and a $200 security deposit. utilities are really cheap. lease would be put into your name too.
