i've raced birch creek for years. its a nice track. it has alittle bit of everything in it from elevation change to big jumps and little jumps. up hill start. one small area kinda like whoops and kinda like rollers. couple table tops, one big double in the bottom.

its a decent track, there are several others in the area too. one in Floyd, its called Powerline Motocross Playground, its out toward Willis. a couple others that a few buddies have made also, but they get changed frequently (nice having heavy equipment right there to change the design)

i thought there was one in collinsville also, may want to ask them at the old Jimmy's if they know about it. i seem to remember riding at one in Botetourt also.

YEP. more than just a flippin sweet one too.

two friends have cracked their tailbone after landing off a few that were on a backfield track. hell, one of my mechanics is still nursing a fractured vertebre from going nutso while riding.

i'm much more of a trail riding person, but there was a time in the past where we would do some crazy ass shit. dont have time anymore, but there are some hella nice trails out this way that go from the top of Shooting Creek all the way to Philpott lake. then there are a few that go from Macks Mountain to Claytor also.

I've never rode there yet, most everyone I ride with has rode there a few times. They say the dirtbikes will run you over. A bunch of us are planning on going sometime next month. Dont have a date set yet, but it will be a weekend. I think you can only rent the track M-F. We just started building a decent track in Bedford Co. on my property, but its gonna be a couple months before its finished. Its gonna be setup more for ATV's. I'll post up and let you know when its rideable.

Thanks alot guys.Yea i have a track on my property as well,it used to be a flat track with a 5th gear straightaway then we added 2 doubles(just small 30 footers so it aint so boring) and a very narrow woods section(rarely used) ,my nieghbor has a track also which was done by a dozer he has like 3 20-25 ft. doubles, 5 or 6 tabletops, and a 48 foot triple its not really a highspeed track 3rd gear at the most.My fiances parents and sister live in Amhearst county so we go up that way like once a month. If anyone is ever in this area p.m. me and yall can come ride .

QwkCoupe:yea lemme kno when its done we'll come one weekend
