anyone in roanoke?
hi everyone, this is my first post here. just wondering if anyone is in or around roanoke. i'm usually up in harrisonburg since i go to jmu, but every now and then i head home. will anyone be attending the commonwealth games auto-x at the roanoke civic center this summer? i'm going to try to make it this year.
on a side note, will any of you guys be at the madison motorsports car show on the 12th? if so, hopefully i'll see you there!

i totally understand the money thing man, i can't really get into anything like that until the summer when i can make some kind of cash. do you know of any places in roanoke where car enthusiasts chill, or meet up? ive been looking around for a while, but there doesnt seem to be much of a street scene in roanoke.

No street scene??? drive up and down Williamson sometime on Friday or saturday night....there is a good street scene man, hell we (some guys from VT) drive there on the weekends so that we can see some action. Williamson is the best place that I know of, there are a lot of ppl that drive all night up and down that road...and later at night, I'm not allowed to say what goes on, but we all meet up somewhere...u get the picture

ok, basically jmu's campus is split in half by I-81. if you are coming up from roanoke, the show would be on the right side of campus. the show will be in the C10 parking lot, which is right next to the ISAT building. just check out the flyer at www.mmsports.org, and you should be good to go.

There are more and more cars showing up in Roanoke recently. We even have a tuning shop - Revolution Autosports. I think I've seen some of you around. We get together Saturdays at Fast Freddy's in Salem.

Is there a web address or anyting for Revolution Autosports? Just curious, always looking @ different options for places to go when I actually decide to get these parts out of my closet, out from under my bed, and out of the trunk.
