lol, no no, thats def NOT pathetic.. I would kill for a car with that much power.. we're just trying to figure out why you didnt run faster.. i guess NB is kinda slow? cuz that 8.3 was a good launch and everything..

8.3 on street tires is pretty damn good...if she was still on them. i remember her talking about getting some slicks...but i dont know if she got them on or not....

i have only seen three cars go faster then that personally on street tires...

marshalls talon, chris' GSX, and my car...i know there are a few others but i havent SEEN Them do it..i watched chris run a 8.01 (i think?) the day i blew my tranny out, and i remember marshall pulling a 7.87 (again...it was a while ago) on my first day at NB. i managed a 8.19 (on 16psi spike, 11psi running ) with shitty tune right before i blew out first gear..which is FINALLY getting fixed....


and for a girl driving it, it makes it so much better!

for that!

8.02 actually, but we'll see about things in the fall .

I believe marshall hit 7.6 or something on his 11 second pass at bristol.

yah joey, i didnt end up getting slicks, i got nitto 555r's instead. needed new tires and that seemed to be the most cost effective.

i didnt say 430rwhp was pathetic, i said your timeslip was. with almost the same setup as you i ran 8.9 at 89mph with a 2.4 60ft on bald 555 non drag radials and lowering springs. im not flaming you, im just wondering why your not running faster. you should be in the 7s with 555r's i would think. what kind of gears you have?

Anything more (Tire wise) and tranny life would have been an issue I'd suspect.
