from personal experience, i havent seen more than 90% of "car enthusiasts" be anything more then a pain in the ass to deal with. whether it be getting parts for them and they bitch about the price, they fuck you on payment, they dont like hte way things were done for installation (i still crack up one kid thought i was ripping him off cause of soldering and shrink wrapping a connector, instead of butt connectors...), or will jump at the chance to go on the internet and bitch about their shit having problems (which i may also add that each and every time it was a fuckup on their part).

when it comes to the general public, especially the ones that think they know everything about what they have, the golden rule is: the public is complete and utter morons. i can tell stupid tale after stupid tale about the general ignorance and stupidity of the general public, and i have only been dealing with them for about 8 years now. the customer is rarely right. that whole BS about them being always right is part of the walmartisms. you know...those people that think cause something is 10 cents cheaper elsewhere, its better?


if anything, i think this incident will help the cause of the track. why? cause contreversy ALWAYS piques interest. losing a few "customers", and i use that phrase loosely, cause i highly doubt the ones that wont be going back are die hard troupes, isnt going to matter to their cause one bit.

the second golden rule: if you havent pissed off at least one person each day, you didnt do your job well enough.
