WTB: A Reliable Beater
Requirements:
1. UNDER 1200.00
2. 5 spd
3. It MUST be able to pass NoVA Emissions/safety OR have a valid emissions test within the last 12 months from the following states ( Arizona
California
Colorado
Connecticut
District of Columbia
Georgia
Illinois
Indiana
Maryland
Massachusetts
Missouri
New Jersey
New York
North Carolina
Ohio
Oregon
Pennsylvania
Tennessee
Texas
Utah
Washington
Wisconsin )
4. I plan on driving it away, so please have valid plates on it... also the car must be able to move on its own power.
5. NO EF CIVICs Please.
6. Power windows (not high on the list but I know some cars got em.. some don't.. It wont be a definite deal breaker)
I drive 35 miles one way to work and I need a car that will get me there, I'm kind of on a limited budget as I have other financial obligations to take care of, and a car note isn't something I want to add to the list. I don't care about what the car looks like on the outside (a little rust is no big deal to me.. but if half of the frame rail is rusted away... no need to respond) High mileage is no issue to me for a honda/VW.. I'll have to think about it for some of the other imports (as I dont want to spend half of my time fixing the thing)

BMW (yea its a stretch at the price range i'm at.. but hey i'll throw it out there)
