Word! the only thing the P28 WILL NOT read is the knock sensor! do you need a base map (chip) for a GSR, B16, or LS-VTEC?

not having a knock sensor wouldn't eat up gas! If you have a B16 tranny........maybe since they are so short geared or the chip in your P28 might have TOO rich of a program!
I can burn a B16A base map for $25 shipped. LMK

The knock sensor informs the comptuer when to send the electricity to the spark plugs for optimum fuel burn, but without engine knock. So with high compression engines with high octane fuel, the fuel is ignited later than if you use the cheap octane fuels (where the knock sensor would retard spark)
MAN NEVERMIND I GOT MIX UP WITH ANOTHER SENSOR
