I have $4000 to spend looking to buy a civic or integra i would like the mileage to be as close to 75,000 mile if possible...but if you have something you think i might be interested in, let me know

i have a friend selling a 92-95 Civic white hatchback.
-LS swap
-GSR front and rear brakes
-black Slips
-GR2 shocks with coilover sleeves.
not sure on mileage on the chassis or engine,but i can find out if you're interested.
he's asking $3900.
