WTB ASAP: b16 COMPLETE bottom end

prefer local pickup, will drive no further than richmond/va.beach
i need a COMPLETE b16 bottom end asap.
from oil pan, to deck surface!!!!
it need to be in perfect working order with no stripped bolt holes, no scarred cylinder walls, no smoking, no spun bearings!!! NOTHING.
miles are fine, as long as it dosent have any of the above stated.
