I need *2* 245/40/17 tires in Southside of Hampton Roads (Chesapeake, Norfolk, Virginia Beach, Suffolk if not too far)

Just need them to mount on a pair of wheels and put on the car. Does not have to have any tread of them, as long as they hold air and dont have any wires showing. This is just to be able to put on the car so It's not sitting on jackstands and rollable. Free throw aways are great, but will pay if needed.
