Well guys, i don't work out of my garage. I own a dealership, two bodyshops and an investment company. I've got 18 full time employees. Do you have any idea how much overhead i pay a month? do you know what the insurance costs are for shops and a dealership? do you have any idea what my home mortgage is? even the cost for maintaining pussy has gone up with gas, milk and everything else. so, i try to give you the best prices, i'm cheaper than any junkyard in the area, i back everything i sell with warranties...what more do you want?

Not everyone on the web understands or cares about personal problems. To me...its all an excuse. An excuse to defend what your trying to accomplish...which is to succeed in the business world. You study the system the same way every business man does. You think because you sell your swaps $200-300 cheaper that u develop some type of flow...that's incorrect...
Flow is when u sell 4-5 swaps a day not a week...not a month....A DAY. Keep your business flowing. You don't lose money...you still make money doing body work, investments, playing poker on sundays...you still make money.

Now the customer doesn't care about anything else...the game used to be lets see who spends the most money..now its "who can make the fastest car with the least amount of money spent.

You sell me a k20a2 for the price im looking for and we can do business asap and I can bring many more where that came from.

Wait 1 month for 5 swaps...
Or wait a week for 5 swaps sold...

sorry kid, don't have time for flow games. i flow cars, rebuildables, insurance work, custom work, and real estate. Swaps, parts, stereo, and rims are very very secondary for me. Les Ore, a close friend who owns discount auto sound, closed his little creek store and is about to close his lynnhaven store because there is no "flow" of money from you kids. He's doing home theaters where the grown people play who have cash "flow", not dreams. I do it all, but everything has a priority. So, $2900 is what ya got, but $3500 is whatcha gotta spend with me for my time. Key word "time". I work 12 hour days mon-sat, and most of it is spent on the bigger money items. i sold 3 cars saturday, not 3 swaps. 3 more cars on ebay sunday evening. And the other guy is right . A wrecked rsx runs $2500 + shipping + paying my guys. Now, take your $2900 offer....shipping from md-nj-nyc where i find most rsx type s will run me $225-450 per car. my guys make $200 a day minimum. So, when i sell you the swap i have beer and chips money left. I now have to sit this busted shell, take up a valuable space at one of my locations, and wait 6 months for the rest of the parts to sell. Why? because there are only a few rsx owners running around tidewater who need parts.....there is nobody in tidewater who "flows" swaps because there is not enough weekly demand and enough cash "flow" from you kids. i put a k20a2 on this site two months ago for $2995 and it sat and sat and sat and sat. why? no cash "flow". but i guess your "flow" method of business has been proven with your own personal success in business....right? i had direct access to japan for half cut cars including skylines. But when i did the math the numbers dont' work out because the average kid doesn't have the money to spend. i watch companies across the country sit on these jdm swaps, i watch them week after week not get sold on ebay and other sites at reduced prices. My main goal on this site is to try to give you kids a cheaper price with better service, more options, and still be able to stand behind what i sell. i wish i could do it for free, but i just can't. i've helped alot of people in the last 15 years, and its cost me dearly. but i do get blessed every now and again. not trying to argue or get anyone upset, but if you can understand the numbers, and realize i really don't make alot selling swaps, then maybe you might understand my position better....

You have money alot of it....Kids? Not everyone on this site are kids bro...just because we don't own 80 dealerships,45 body shops, 193 realty companies, doesn't make us kids...

there are people on this site with families, bills, problems and who struggle to make money for beer and chips.

Selling one swap to someone who is serious enough to bring cold hard cash the same day will not kill ALL your "VERY SUCCESSFUL" businesses.

But at the same time it is your business and im sure you don't need anything from anyone on this site or the others that i am on. So if this is something you cant do once to make great repore with me and everyone else on this site then its understood.

If you have those swaps sit....and sit.....and sit....then pm me ill be sure to have my people pick them up from you....
