Unhappy IN desperate Need of LOW PSI W/G spring

i am in the process of troubleshooting why my car wont tune right and the guy tuning it said to start the t/s with a lower PSI because to make it easier to pin point the problem.... So i am in DESPERATE need of a lower PSI spring like a 2 or 3 lb spring... thanks
