who tunes..Apexi fc commander ecu?

hey i had just poste up abullitain about hondata but i just got a goo deal on a apexi fc commander so i bout it and i was wondering if any of you guy had a clue on who tunned it... its a standalone ecu....(Apexi FC commander)
