I honestly don't think I would recommend any of the Victory Nissan dealerships in the area (at least service wise). Midlothian was the place to go when they first opened up. Their service department was on point with everything and was the friendliest bunch of people I've met.

Then they got rid of a lot of people and replaced them with guys who didn't care about the customer, just about their paychecks and when they go on break yet.

I had my Spec V there for 5 days because it would cut off for no reason and they couldnt find a problem and they called me one day to come and give them money to put gas in it, even though i left them with a half a tank. It was so bad I got rid of it. Same with my did and his 06 Maxima two years ago.

Im not a fan of chesapeake due to not calling to update information about my car and when it would be ready. This was a few months back but I was told it would be done on a friday, then it turned into saturday, then monday and I finally got to pick it up on tuesday. Thankfully, the manager stepped up and payed for 2 days of my rental car. But yea, I wasn't enthusiastic about the work done there.

I bought a '04 Nissan Frontier used (less than a year old with 9k miles) at Victory Nissan. Agreed to paying $500 extra to have it be a certified used car and the sales/finance guy just added $500 to the sale price and never completed any paperwork for the certification process.

I asked about it and 'we're working on it, don't worry'. I called Victory and called Nissan Corp. and they said "they have no records or proof that I paid to have the truck certified. That sales/finance person is no longer with us".

I'm pissed.

To all who read this thread I suggest the following. Perhaps it does good to vent but it doesn't get you anywhere if you want to further your cause. I suggest you use the web to do research as to who to contact and write a letter to each person that you think can help you. Starting with the General Manager and copying investors or owners of a company with which you have a complaint, otherwise you are spitting in the wind. Keep records of your correspondence and if you can't write a letter that makes sense without dude or swear words in it, get someone to help you. Most business people, even if you think everyone in the car business is dishonest, want to maintain a good reputation and will work with you if you can keep emotion and confrontation out of it.
