Hey chris let me ask you something...
Obviously you had 1 bad experience with hybrid, but as i recall you came to hybrid quite a few times to get work done...

Motor work, suspension work, and im sure theres many other times that i cant recall but if Hybrids customer service/work was so bad why did you keep coming back?

Why did you come to every cookout we had, why did you come to car shows we were involved in and repp'd Hybrid...
so i guess that made you a "dickrider" for quite awhile..haha so amen for that..

fuck, i cant believe you gota drag out this 1 bad deal..
Im sure its probably long past making it better on both ends but honestly you shouldve handled it like a grown ass man and went there and handled it..

It was one cookout, and Hybrid has never put on a car show or any other event besides that.. and never once would I or have I rep. hybrid garage? and yes I did get work done by hybrid, and not oncee did I say the work was bad, but its the customer service/them stealing from a handfull of people that ruins it for them.. they flat out suck at it..I recorded a logg on how many times I tryed to call and work things out with them, and never once did I ever get what was promised to me, nor did I ever get a simple phone call, telling me when I was going to get the Product "I" paid for, or my money back.. if im correct.. thats called Stealing..and yes im dragging it out this far untill I see my money or valvetrain.. I told that new dude "whats more important to you, $300 or a shitty review" I told him I was going to post this thread.. he didn't give a shit.. and I did go down there to try to work things out.. and it was the biggest waste of time..

I find it ironic that Mike (who no longer is affiliated with the shop) is the one in here trying to settle things down. I understand your motivation mike. I do. But you cant help someone who cant help themselves. In my opinion the shop has severely gone down hill since Mike left.

I once thought highly of the shop, heard good things, seen good things. Yes i attended shows and stopped by the shop to say hi. I even took pictures and took pride in having them used in shop advertisements .But when it came time to actually do business with the company all of that went right out the window. I was very disappointed. Poor craftsmanship and even worse Customer Service. (since Mike left)

I have no interest in being affiliated with Hybrid Garage nor would i recommend them to anyone at this point.

:Side note: My comment about "poor craftsmanship" does not pertain to John Savage. (sp?)

I can give some crediability to john. I used to work with john at brauning a couple years ago and yes sometimes john can be a little over the top but he is a good guy and will put his family and friends 2nd and help anyone out. Which that means alot if he is willing to do that. And I work in the automotive field as well. And sometimes you get those people who you try to do small favors for and they end up fucking you. Its shit like that...that makes you NOT want to help anyone out...for what so you can bend over backwards to help them then get fucked over in the end? Its just not worth it. All in all, john is a good person never done me wrong and he is a damn good mechanic. Good luck man. Dont worry about these internet nutriders

Hybrid rebuilt my ls/vtec and tuned your car, it got 180whp, was not expecting that. I'm very happy with my results, very quick my car was in and out over a weekend. If you need anything go to HYBRID GARAGE!!! they will take care of you
