Took my buddies TSX and my S2000 to New Image in Newport News today (NEW location off of Warwick). Everyone was very professional. He had the TSX done around 5 when they closed but still took on my S2000 past closing hours to ensure the job was completed! He did a great job on both windows and the hardtop (the hardtop is tricky since it has such a bubble shape to it). Lane took great care of us and is a great guy. Definitely advise anyone in the area who cares about quality to go by here for tint. He takes his time to ensure that every window is cut correctly and applied correctly. The shop has a lifetime warranty! And uses the legit SunTek tint which is really $$$ stuff compared to TnT which uses cheap stuff that turns purple fast.

My buddy had his entire TSX tinted 20% for $160. And my S2000 I had 50% in the front, and 35% on the hardtop for $140. (WORTH the price for quality and the lifetime warranty!)

New Image tinted my 3g almost a year ago and still looks great( 20% Rear, 35% front) . No bubbles, only slight problem is where the defrosting lines are on the rear windshield which he did warn me about and I still told him to do it.

These guys did a good job on the Mustang overall, but the rear tint is a bit jacked. It looks like the glass wasn't prepped perfectly as some of the rear carpet that covers the speakers got fibers stuck to the glass which caused some air bubbles to form that won't go away. I've been trying to call and email them constantly over about a week and have only gotten one response to all the emails (which was an initial response, but no follow-up replies) and no calls. I've been told I'll be called a couple times through email and over the phone and have never gotten a call. I hope these guys pull through and fix the issue. At the moment, I feel like I'm being strung along since I've already paid them. If they resolve the issue professionally I'll definitely put a follow-up in this thread.

I got my windows tinted by New Image Last Spring and haven't had my problems fixed yet. I've called an spoke to him and sounded like everything was cool and to call him if I had any problems. Well EVERY window is fucked up. The front 2 were cut too short so they don't cover the entire class, The tint for the rear windshield was torn and he put a patch in it along with a million bubbles. Here's the pics;

Driver side Front/Rear

Rear window(bubbles, patch)

passenger side Front/rear(glare can't really see)

I wasn't gonna make a thread but a few weeks ago he gave me the run around. I called him up we agreed to meet at the portsmouth location at noon, i show up he's not there and wouldn't respond to text or phone calls. Overall I wouldn't do business with him again.
