I bet the hood was "shattered" because...
...it was the wrong hood. ta-da. that's what happens when the wrong hood is applied to the wrong car. in my job, you can't return microprocessors after they've been opened/installed. however, if i sell you the wrong microprocessor for the wrong socket and you bend the pins on the processor because it doesn't fit right, i will return it - it's my fault for selling you the wrong part.

just throwing this out there, the "spanish chick" doesn't work there any more and if the kid that ordered the hood would have had 360 install it for a couple more bucks he would have had no worries because by the time they realized it didn't fit they would have worked with the kid to allow him to be a "satisfied customer", you dig.

i just found out some info about 360 customs the cars that are getting stolen some of the people that were stilling the have ties with 360 and there has been shady shit know to happen their and this is from one of the empolyess (SP) that works their

Either way... The right part should of been ordered in the first place and non of this would of happened!!! GAWD how hard is it to say "whoops my bad" and take responsibility for ur mistake....we all make mistakes... own up to it!!!! i mean think about it....
1 happy customer tells his/her friends and then they tell thier friends....and so on.... which equals to more business and more money in ur pocket.....

so by not owning up to ur mistake and eating the money for the wrong hood YOUR SHOP ordered.... uve now lost more money than that hood cost and whole lot more......

wow i remember i used to work for ingred and dee and i hated how when you ordered parts they say oh it'll be two weeks BS!!!!! they get em with in a week and they sat around the shop and conned people into paying more money god im glad i quit soon as i found out
