What's the best tire for 100% autocross?
I don't need them for street driving or anything like that, I was just curious on everyone's opinion for tires. I've read reviews on Falken Azenies saying they are the best. I've also read reviews saying ES100s are better or Parada Spec2s....I can't make up my mind. Any suggestions?
All of the tires you mentioned are street tires. If you're looking for 100% autocross, why not consider Hoosiers of Kumho V700s?
Otherwise, I've run on Azenis and Parada Spec IIs and, while I have Spec IIs for the street, I would likely run Azenis at an autocross because they are at least as good as SpecIIs but cheaper.
I'll be on Victoracer V700s this weekend and hopefully back to V710s soon.

azenis for a street tire class. maybe the new hankook when it comes out.
hoosier for r-compound, and maybe the V710 when it gets rereleased.

I'm in the military so...money is usually the biggest obstacle when i think about upgrading my car. Thanks for the input guys!
Well... Like anything, you need to define the question more...
What class?
What do you mean by "best"?
If you are in a prepared class. Then Hoosier slicks are best, usually. In an SP or Stock class then The best is probably right now the Hoosier radial, but they are the most expensive and have a very short lifespan. For a "regular" autocrosser that wants some life out of the tires... the best is probably the Kumho V700 now. All of these assume you have a spare set of rims and another set of tires for the street.
If you are in one of the street tire classes, the Falkens seem to be about the best thing going right now, but expect that to change. You would still probably want a spare set of tires for the street.

Yes, I do have a set of different rims for the street. Currently I am running some 17" rims for auto-x simply because of the great difference in handeling from the lack of a sidewall. I drive my hatch in the SM class, but i don't want to spend 300 bucks a tire for some slicks. Thanks!
SM allows R compound tires... so your choices are Kumho V700's (quasi afforadable, soon to be replaced with V710's) or the Hoosiers (expensive). Everything else is really not even in the game.
