Ed, since these are all frame grabs from the digital video I have, I can make a similar shot from the vids I have of your runs. I'll do that tonight.

I have Adobe Premiere 6.5. I found the frame I wanted to use, selected "export timeline", clicked on "frame" and exported it to the folder of my choice. I then loaded up Photoshop, fixed the aspect ratio, deinterlaced the frame, and saved it as a jpeg. Like this:
