No shit, huh. Well, I did say I didn't want rain.
It was fun and all, but not worth the sunburn and headache I got.

well, it was hot. my best run was a 45.5 which suprised me so i was happy. it was hot. however i still finished second in class behind a 328i by 3 tenths. it was hot. i'll blame it on the heat.

 

Sunscreen is always in my bag with tire changing tools. Just a way of life in autocrossing in the summer.

 

same here. i also keep an umbrella in the "autox bin" for rain, but it came in handy for shade yesterday.

 

I HAD sunscreen on! I think I need to get some SPF9000, Hole-in-the-ozone protection sunscreen!

I did pretty well.. 44.45 was my best, .9 off Jerry and his M3. I can feel the tires getting stickyer though.. i dropped like 1/2 second off every run with the exception of the first, I dropped 3 seconds off that one because I decieded I'd stop and hang out in the middle of the course and take a breather..

This is why I'm glad that TSCC doesn't run in July.. it's miserable hot..

 

i did horrible but it was my own damn fault for being so late. Best was a 49.1
last run was funny to me ive never absolutley devastated a group of cones before but i took out a whole group at once in the rear turn, a couple got wedged up under my car and mauled to bits, haha it felt good

 

On the third run I got beat by an old Toyota Tercel with 185 size tires and an aluminum wing. That's all i'm going to say about that.

 

it was awfull the poor cone had nowhere to run, and yes it is wedged up underneath my car

 

lol it was fun. but next time a wanna ride in the car with someone.
