"Technically" my car came with a H22 Vtec motor in 1993. But no motor swaps are allowed at all now right? Went from the h23 (160hp) to the h22 (200hp) motor.

um, I think in SM you can put anything you want in it as long as it's from the same manufacturer. That's a big reason for the SM class..
As for if your H22 is legal in place of your H23, no fucking clue. You'd have to ask the honda experts. Some things are qualify for backdating/updating, some aren't.

Has to be USDM, has to be sold in the same chassis, and "on the same line in Appendix A" for UD/BD.
