Default NASA VIR event Feb. 20-21

First track event of the year. Just realized its only 5 weeks away, im not close to being ready.

Miata has a dead battery, and hasn't moved since i rolled it off the trailer in October.

Plans:
Replacing trans and slave cylinder (have a spare)
upgrading to 1.8 brakes
figure out why my s/c belt is slipping off a tooth
good possibility of replacing my worn out differential
fix exhaust leak
fluids

anyway who is ready? Or is like me and hasnt done anything.

I would very much like to go, but I need to find another set of wheels and tires.

I'll be there working the event, but not driving. Most likely flagging that weekend. What class will you be running in?

I doubt I'll make it... spending too much money on house crap to do a track event. Plus the Panoz needs a basic run through and the bearings re-packed. Most likely March will be the first event.

Passing on the Feb event, but I will do March.

My car is mostly ready, I need to do some small things, but it is driveable.

I'm running TTC. Car will be tuned this afternoon. Just need to bolt bumpers and wing back on and I'm ready to roll.

I'm pretty sure im running DE3 this event. May try to get Jon to sign me off for TT...and run that in march.

Have to send off a reclassification form for my car, not going to worry about that until March i think though.
