it basically levels the playing field. It's a certain number that you multiply your fastest time by and depending on the class it's higher or lower. I'll let someone else answer with more detail...

Hope everybody had fun, because it looks like we haven't been invited back to that site. 
We may do VIR-Patriot again (like we did in February) on Sat May 6, hold for details...
