NASA autocross at Langley, Nov 2
NASA's final regular championship autocross of the season is Sun Nov 2 @ Langley Speedway in Hampton:

You can expect 6-10 runs on a big fast fun course using the oval and the infield combined.
This is almost definitely NASA's final event at Langley as well (i.e. not a good chance of going back there in 2009.)
C'mon out and play!
Thanks,
Jon

Oh there will be PLENTY of events next year, just probably not at Langley.
Can't go into details yet. There will be a release when the time comes.

getfast,
I need to confirm 2 things for this
1) Can my guest ride for free?
2) Will there be enough of the loaner helmets for her as well?
I haven't done this in too long and need to get back out here but the lady friend wants to come with

Sorry, no riders unless they are NASA instructors. This is a Langley-specific rule, because of the walls. Passengers at VMP events are usually fine.
And in general, loaner helmets are for drivers first. If there are any left, passengers may use them (at events where non-instructor passengers are allowed.) Same policy applies across the board... leave a drivers license at the timing table as collateral.
Thanks for asking,
Jon

You are certainly welcome to bring whoever you wish. Everyone must sign the waiver & get a wristband upon arrival, and only drivers/officials will be allowed inside the wall. Otherwise the more the merrier.
