NASA @ VIR - July 29th-30th
I just finished a carguys event this weekend at VIR in the full course..
OMG was it hot. Track temps getting up to 140+ degrees. Poor tires didn't like it after a couple laps but atleast the car was pretty predictable in a slide.
And a good tip is to bring as much gas as you can with you.. Or atleast a good can full and fill up before you get to the track. Gas in the track is 4.somthing a gallon for pump gas.
And I would also recomend the carguys events as they limit the number of people in them.. so you never really get crowded or catch up to a train out on the track.

this is the video of my race on saturday, sundays race ended with all my break fluid spraying out of my back left caliper at 110mph (not cool). Anyways I probably could have won sundays race (qualified 3rd) but to many things went wrong right before the race and of course during. Enjoy the video I started 6th and well just watch what happens on the start.

I can remember a couple of car-guys events that were very crowded but maybe they have changed now. My favorite group other than NASA is chinmotorsports.
