o snap threadjack! OK now I see why people mess with these cars. Ive never seen one done and now that I have I actually dont completely hate these. Hurry fife, like now.
Jerry, i hate you. not because yours is coming along faster....well yes because yours is coming along faster and b/c you have the garage/work to work on it. Im borrowing rides to the garage where its at. But rest asure....it shall be done.
on a positive note my fuel pump came in today, one step closer.
ps i wish my intake mani faced the right way so i could use a fmic like the one i just sold, same setup as yours, now im kinda jewed into a starion fmic for a while until i figure something out

Alright, after a couple weeks of the engine sitting next to the car, changing to the correct motor mounts and in the right locationg, HG swap, fuel injector change, clutch, head work, replace the sway bar i cut in half and 15 minutes with a 3lb dead blow hammer to part of my tranny tunnel and a small part of my fire wall, the engine is back in the car. So whenever i get movin on figuring out what im going to do from here ill start my wiring.

Obviously the fmic isnt mounted yet.

that intercooler does look small, smaller than the stock supra one. i would bet the tube fin in one side out the other is a bit more effecient than the in-out the same side for the stock supra.

its a starion fmic, the problem with the fmic like yours jerry is my piping would have to make a few extra U turns, where this will remain relatively straight, this is a temporary fix until i have the car running, then i shall upgrade to a same side inlet outlet fmic thats much larger than this one and more efficient.
