don't get me wrong, i saw pictures of when JGTC came to California, and they let fans walk all thru the pits and take pictures and it looked like a great time, but i'd like to see an actual JGTC race if i was to go

i'm not necessarily tops in terms of professional racing knowledge, but i would assume that a 'japanese grand touring championship' race would take place in japan, and tickets would not necessarily be available for purchase on 'grand american racing' websites.
but i'd love to go, nonetheless.

last time i was at VIR they were handing out flyers, and on the flyers it stated that there would be a show similar to jgtc or gt live. I don't know exactly what this means. Is there going to be an actual race with JGTC cars? or is it an exibition?

It depends on who sanctions the event. If it's nasa i can get you the connection. If it's some other shit then you have to contact the event, registrar and give them your credentials.

This is not JGTC racing guys, its just the "Motorsports Themepark" stuff. Drifting, car show, etc. There may be a few JGTC cars on display, and hopefully an on-track demonstration, but defiantely not a full JGTC points race.
