I have a 93 civic, and Im tryin to get into auto x.. I have a few mods, and some suspension mods as well.. is there anything that i should definitly have, or not have done to the car to get around the track quicker and whatnot.. any info would be appreciated.. thanks

 

biggest thing you want for a newbie. well 2 things. first is a tire gauge. tire pressures play a HUGE roll in an event. i picked up a full second last weekend by adding some PSI. the 2nd thing you want to get is seat time. lots and lots of seat time.

 

seat time is good.. classing depends on what mods you have... Just come out and drive. That will improve your times the most..

 

what class would i be placed in if i have wheels,tires,rear lower control arms, suspension bushings all around, shocks, groundcontrols and a rear sway bar with lower tie bar? also, a stock civic engine with intake

 

whatever the "street prepared" class is, or STS or STX or SM. There are several glasses you can fit it.. I don't know shit about hondas, so i don't know where they go..

 

they need to stay in the parking lot.... j/k my suggestion is to go into SM to give chad more problems in his class. just stay out of STS.. i have enough problems when bandit runs

thats the object???? damn i've been doing it wrong the hole time. besides i only took out 2 cones on sunday. at least i didn't take out the finish lights

 

when is the next event.. i would love to roll out there and see what this whole thing is about.. also is there restrictions to convertables.. 04 GT mustange convertable to be exact..
