THIS MIGHT B A STUPID QUESTION BUT CAN SOME EXPLAIN TO ME WHAT AUTO X IS AND HOW IT GOT STARTED

 

first off, don't use all caps. That may be why no one replied.

secondly autox: its a race against the clock (lap times) on a course made of cones. sorta the poor mans road racing. Its a lot of fun though. Usually everyone is cery helpful when racing. They all helped me a lot.

 

and my guess would be that this guy doesnt know that auto-x stands for autocross..so..yeah, theres my input.

 

go to http://www.vmsc.org/autox101.html , it will explain basically what an autocross is. this page is on the Virginia Motor Sport Club website, they run the autocrosses that i go to. you should try it, its a lot of fun.

No, actually you don't. Just have to have a car and 20 dollar! My 14 year old brother could race if he had permisson from my parents and knew how to drive stick of course.
