If you think that is bad, you should have seen the size of the hole that Terry blew in his engine when he blew a rod at the National Tour in DC last weekend.........

Yeah, Terry's engine is pretty much a paper weight right now. It blew about 3/4 of the way through the course (which was about a mile long or so). He left a nice little oil trail on the course and sent out some pretty good "puffs" of smoke before the car came to a stop.

I wonder what kind of HP he was pushing with that engine when it was healthy (talking about the ford engine). Sorry to hear about Terry's car (I assume this is the Terry with the BMW) and this guys engine. That sucks. A friend of mine Scott with a Eclipse spun a bearing at Summit last weekend also. Not a good week for engines it seems.

Yeah, I heard about Scott's motor too.. I"m glad I didn't bring the talon out of the garage. I'm Scott's DSM Tech Support I'm honestly impressed that motor in Scott's car has run this long considering what it's been through.
