I realize the gates open at 8, but the inspection stuff doesn't start until 10. So is it fine if i just show up at say... 9:45ish if there's nothing i need to do to my car?

That was fun. Can't wait til the 4th.

 

Just thought I'd say the Autox went off beautifully without a hitch, and that Slimsta did pretty well for the first time out. Theres an open spot, grab it for the 4th before it goes!

 

that was my first time to an autocross event and i had a blast. can't wait till the 4th. hopefully my car will be up and running.

Did anyone see the Cessna small prop plane circling around VMP today? Looked sorta like a Cessna 172 maybe? I ask cuz each time he circled I was listening to him (I've messed around planes a lil bit for a while) and he sounded like he was having either a fuel delivery issue or was missing on a cylinder, he circled about 3-4 times at relatively low (But still more or less safe) altitude then sorta disappeared, and I just heard on the news something about a plane crash in Dinwiddie. . . . . .
