Thinking aout signing up for this one. Haven't been to the track since last June. I'd like to run this event and the Mazdadrivers VIR Grand event in June again.

 

I'm def' going Brian. Talked with John F. last week to see when he is starting his season. Hopefully he'll be an instructor again so I can pair up with him. I just ordered a new truck (Tacoma) so I should be able to trailer bikes and cars now. Let me know when you go.

I'm going. Just a lowly MINI Cooper. I stay in the Novice bunch 'cause I have no horsepower. I do have fun, though, and I do love VIR. I've done the full course, looking forward to trying the North. What can anyone tell me about Mazdadrivers? I have not run with them before.

 

I'm signed up... check is going in the mail tomorrow.

 

Nevermind Brian... After talking to Ray today, I could very well make this one.

 

do they have advanced open passing sessions? I'd like to hear some more details, becuase i would enjoy getting some more seat-time in the new car.

no open passing anywhere... standard point bys, in some advanced groups they open up, 2-3, 3-4 and 15-16

Jay you'll need to sign up right now. Go to www.mazdadrivers.com and you can register online, but then you print out the form and the confirmation e-mail to send in with you check.

However, considering the car may or maynot be done I suggest you wait. Also, you'll want to break the new motor in and account for any other issues that may arise.

I'll be running their June event on the grand course too.
