This is Saturday right? And how long of a drive is it?

 

I would like to go considering it is right by my house..... but I think we burnt the rings on my stock cx motor revving it when we were installing my tach so that would suck not only looking like an idiot with a stock cx motor but smoking like a 18wheeler as well. Also my suspension now wont be done by then so there is no way I am going to make it. I want to start autox though and that would be a perfect time if my sohc vtec swap and suspension ( progress full coilover kit, rear tie bar, front strut bar ) would at least be in. Oh well I am not rushing it. Anyone know when the next event is at VMP or Cloverleaf?

 

I now have to work. BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!

Oh well more $ for the car.

same event different thread, under events. im not bitching about repost, just showing it so u guys can see who else is going and see others input.

 

so did anyone end up going? any pics? me and pops were gonna drive out there till my alarm went off at 9 am and i heard rain pounding down on the roof.

 

there were about 15 cars who autocrossed all day, me included. it rained on-and-off all day long, but we got a lot of runs. they course was slick all day, but it was still fun, and we all got some good practice.

 

the drifting was AWESOME. there werent a lot of people so it wasnt a long wait, you could go as many times in a row that you wanted. it was just awesome.

 

ahhh so you did drift. i knew you couldnt resist. that exhaust is loud though i thought mine was loud. you must come out to the next one. oh yea i was the one with the silver ae86. peace good to see ya.
