And it is school, there is Grip classroom, then Grip driving, then Drift Classroom and Drift driving. You ride with an instructor and get a shit ton of seat time on a real track. Yes. There is a Drift 101 school and a Drift Competition - I can't compete even if I was good enough because I don't have a cage, nomex suit/shoes/underwear ect. The school teaches you the fundamentals of Grip and Drift driving and lets you loose on a track with an instructor. From what I've heard it is a blast and a lot of seat time!

you dont need a suit or cage to compete just to do tandems. but for the beginner and the person who just wants seat time, Drift 101 is where its at.
