Default Wobbling Wheel

My passenger side rear tire is wobbling pretty bad, could this be due to an unbalanced tire?

I had a problem with some bitch at walmart who got pissed off and I don't think she balanced my tires properly since I had to have a word with her manager about her taking two hours to mount and balance some tires with no other jobs to do.

Also a stud sheared off a couple weeks ago, got the stud fixed the next day but i had driven from blacksburg to poquoson and it could of sheared off at any point on the trip. I had a weird feeling about my car so I checked all the studs and noticed the missing lug and that one other lug had become finger tight.

Basically what could be causing the wobble based on what happened?

I had a problem with some bitch at walmart ......theres your problem right there, but no balance issue will either vibate steering wheel if its on the front, and the rear you will feel in your seat, you need to check all your suspension and steering components, tie rods, balljoints, everything. tire balancing is cheap go to ntb, or sears, or where ever stay away from wallmart

I'd recommend jacking the car up and shaking each wheel to see if they are loose or improperly seated against the hub. Most wobbling will be caused by loose lug nuts, which you state you have already found, or defective tires (tread separations, improper manufacture). If you can find neither, spin the wheels and listen/look for any weird sounds or movements of the wheel that may indicate bad hubs or suspension components. Last but not least, re-tighten all the lugs yourself.

The lugnuts are loose. Jack the car up in the air, set the e-brake, tighten them all down.

Star pattern.

Anytime a wheel gets removed, after 50 miles or so you should always re-tighten the lugnuts.
