I Have a 1989 Civic dx and im putting in a 1998 OBD2a b18b1 motor in
it i need a engine conversion harness and the ecu harness im going to be running the motor as obd 1 with a p75 ecu and an obd 1 distributor i need to know what i need to make the engine and the ecu harnesses. I know i need a dx stock engine harness, obd2a stock engine harness, the obdo computer and the obd 1 plugs is there anything else? One last question i plan on making it ls vtec later down the road by using either the obd1 b16
or obd 1 gsr head could i use a d16z6 engine harness to make the conversion and use it untile i go ls vtec since i will need a vtec harness and add the wires for the purge control valve off the 1998 ls harness so everything will plug up let me know what will be the best way. i would rather use the d16z6
harness i heard it plugs right in the b18b1 obd2a except for the purge
control valve. all the help is appreciated
