I have a b16a1 bottom end that i am building. And i am having a hard time deciding what head to use on it to extract max NA horsepower while still maintaining reliability. Also what tranny out of the B-series is the most usefull in this case. Help me please.

type r head would be ideal... but those costs money like hell..i go with a b16 head.and again type r trans would be ideal...but second best is the b16 trans....hope that helps.
