Exclamation what ecu 2 use ?

Whats up i was wondering what would be the best ecu to use in my 91 teg? Thats gonig to be ls/vtec with 99 b16 head and i don't have a dizzy for it yet either. And i was wondering what would be the best dizzy for it to an
obd0-obd1? I was thinking about converting it to obd 1. Thanks>Sintegra

convert to obd1 and use the p28 to save your block .. doesn't rev as high as the pr3 and shit.... all depends on how long you want it to last .. using a pr3 would be cheaper........
