Angry Weird Ass Problem?

The other day i cleaned out my engine bay. i covered up all the imporant stuff like a normal sane person would. after i was done i let it sit for about 2-3 hours. then i drove her for a while. eveyrthing ws fine. the next morning on the way to school it was fine. then after school it was fine until i got 5 minutes form my house. it started to act like i's not getting gas then all of a sudden it'll kick back in and it'll make my car jerk. it's embarassing. lol anyways, i changed my spark plugs, distributor cap, spark plug wires, fuel filter. i took a blow dryer and dryed out every single connection i could see and grab. after all this it still doing the same thing all input is welcome.

no i'll be driving normally then about after a minute of driving down the street at a steady pace not fast it starts to jerk...like it'll loose gas then it'll kick bakck in, hence the jerking.

Water can make it's way throught the spark plug tube seals into the combustion chaimber, I've seen this happen on Mazda motors, idle it through a half tank of gas on a warm day withthe hood up, then try again.

i had an Ford escort that had the same problem. It would run fine and then start jerking. It was a computer problem. the only way i could make it go away was to disconect the battery. And let it sit like that for a while. then its fine for another few months then it would do it again.
