Default weird ass idle

so i noticed this yesterday and it did it again today. ill drive normal with no problems and then when i stop my idle drops to barely anything, the car dosent cut off but it feels like it and when it does it my lights get dim..theres also a weird noise coming from the intake manifold too i was thinking either the alternator or vacuum leak but i dunno.... the motor is a 2000 jdm itr just for reference

if you haven't adjusted idle and this started out of the blue... look for vac leaks... DO NOT ADJUST OR TRY TO ADJUST IT... clean things and look for leaks... by adjusting it you can cause more problems than you can imagine...

A vac leak would make it idle high, not low. (usually) You might want to try taking the IAC off and cleaning it.

My car does the same thing. It would idle low, lights would dim.

IDK. My altenator seems fine, charges my battery fine and what not. Let me know when you get it fixed, lol, so I can do what do.

i had the same problem a long time ago on my crx we changed the alternater belt (it kept comming loose) and if fixed my problem .. so it could be your alternator or even a connection to the alternator.
