Default Walbro 255 regular or HP?

I am about to turbo my GSR on an upgraded greddy kit, looking for just under 300 hp

I am running saturated rc 440's and just picked up a walbro fuel pump.

The question: I got the 255lph GSS317 (non high pressure)
opposed to the 255lph HP GSS342

Will this pump maintain enough pressure for my application?
walbros site seems useless
Thanks

Shooting for less than 300HP, I doubt it will make a difference.

Depends on the injector size. If you'll look at RC engineerings site (http://www.rceng.com), they have a calculator for injector sizing, fuel pressure, approximate horsepower, ability to factor turbo versus N/A, and some various other stuff you'll need.

Punch that in, see what your pressure needs are, and keep in mind what injectors cost to upgrade in the future, etc. You'll see the range you need to be in. If you need more than 45-50 psi, then you'll want the HP version. Otherwise, the standard should do fine.

Hope that helps,
William

You would probably get away with a 190 LPH and have a pretty big "buffer".

Also, I have a set of DSM 450's if you're interested 07civicsi. PM sent.

to be safe how about hard wiring the fuel pump f

you can get fuel pump relay kit on ebay for $10-$15 or make your own for cheaper def. a good idea when running a walbro. i've done it on all my dsm's.
