VW people

i have an 04 gli and im trying to change my brake pads but cant seem to get the screw off behind the dust cover. any sugestions? thanks in advance.

If you try and still cant get it Call 757-286-1635 and ask for derek, he is a certified vw mechanic and is super cheap
