vw head swap
anyone have any experience with putting a
mk1 1.8v solid lifter head on a aba 2.0 block
what all parts i have an idea of what i need to do
just want to see if its worth it and if i am going down the right track

mk1 and 2 used the same head mk1gti used solid lifters mk2 used hydraulic lifters 8valve motor .using the old style head the intake manifold is in the back versus the aba crossflow head the intake manny is in the front
