Default vtech problems

My vtech is no longer working on my 92 prelude. I have an h22a1 swap and when I got the car it worked fine. I know that vtech doesnt kick in when its cold outside or when your motor is cold but even after running it for an hour it still wont cut on... one of my friends suggested that I needed to clean out a filter in the vtech... he said it was located right under the fuel injector. if anyone has any ideas please let me know thanks!

haha. fucking weak. But yeah. Are you throwing a check engine light? Does your temp gauge show that the car is warm? Do you have oil?
