Default VTEC help
ok ive been having a problem with my VTEC.i have a 96 speacial ed with a 98 gsr swap.VTEC pops but when i hit thrid gear and get to about 6k it shuts down.first and second are fine never do it.do any one have a answer to my problem?

stock it was ls when i got it was ls/VTEC now its gsr

how can you tell that vtec is not working in that specific range? Do you have a VTEC indicator somewhere?
