Default vss

Ok i have a 96ek with obd1 hondata ecu. I put a new VSS in it and checked the voltage on my wires that connect to the vss and checked my Cluster and Speed dom is still not working. Anyone have the same problem can lend me a hand and tell me how to fix this??? Oh it has a LS vtec in it.

probably the wrong one in, and did the voltage check wrong, watch.

12v and its the vss for a b16 there all interchangable

check and make sure the plug connecter has all three prongs ive came across mine where my middle prong is diteriated... no longer there so i know why mines not work cus i swapped cluster to but i check the plug n thats it....
