What kind of gains can you see with Type R cams in a stock GSR motor? Also would it hurt or help having Type R cams when boosting?

boosting is mater of cam over lap. u want as little as possible in most caes

Type R cams are normally good for about 8-10 whp. N/A of course.

i believe the ctr intake cam is better than a itr intake cam or it might be the exhaust, but any ways one of the ctr cams are profiled better than the itr resulting in better performance response.

I didn't know cams pulled. The exhaust cam is identical to the ITR exhaust cam the intake has a larger lift and longer duration.
