Default turbo SI guys

What fuel management are you using? and your opinions of them.
Installing turbo kit on 99 si motor soon. Just plan on boosting 5-6 psi for now.
I was told a FMU 12:1 or 10:1 would be sufficient for low boost, with an inline pump. But its already got a 255 walbro, so would that work?

Also the manifold came with a delta wastegate, but ive heard bad things about them spiking. Has anyone had problems with their deltas?
thanks

never had spike when I had a delta, but I would upgrade to Tial.

10:1 disk should be fine with the intank.

at how much boost?
ill prob start with a 12:1. just to be a lil on safe side.
Which ecu are you running?
The ecu shit can get so confusing b/c there are so many options. and i would have to go to 0bd1, so it would cost more.

i ran an AEM EMS p n' p on a 99 Civic SI. didnt have to do any converting to obd1. Only thing is that the AEM is pricey and its complicated for the novice tuner. Now there is more people around who know how to tune the program. When i got mine done, i had to drive down to raleigh area in NC. First tim ei blew it was with a Vortech Kit running 10psi. Second time i blew it on a turbo running 12psi. Motor was already weak the second time. Just had it rebuilt. Ive learned the hardway. Do it right the first time. (Note- i didnt get the EMS until right before it blew the second time. SOmething was wrong with the car before i put it on. I figured it was just not running right and figured the tune would help it. come to find out, the car was running on 3 cylinders. After it was tuned, it was 238whp on 3 cylinders @12 psi. Even though it was on 3 cylinders, it ran good/smooth. The AEM is so versatile and you can control boost with the program. Dont ask me how, the guys that did mine at Eurospeed Performance were doing it on a test car and just had a few minor things to work out.Im gunna stop rambling now.
