trying to crank no compression
besides the timing being off and the valves being open when performing a compression test. cracked ring lands. cracked sleeves, super duper badly leaking valve seats. bent valves, a ridiculous amount of cylinder warpage, blown headgasket will cause bad reading, or possibly a bad compression guage or user error and its something completely different.
Just to be sure, you didn't solely rely on the two cam gears being aligned, did you?? I only ask because when I jumped timing on the Supra, I thought it was not timing related because the two cam gears were lined up WITH EACH OTHER, but since the crank is impossible to see from the top, we didn't discover the issue until tearing up the front end. So be sure that the MAIN CRANK PULLEY's timing is correct.
I'm sorta assuming this is a DOHC Honda engine, because almost all Honda threads are the same, but if it's not, let us know.
